Enrolment in the Corporate Sustainability Leadership Programme (CSLP) is subject to eligibility review and, where applicable, a shortlisting process to maintain cohort quality. Seats are confirmed only on receipt of the applicable fee or an accepted institutional payment arrangement.
Because cohort sizes, faculty commitments, and campus immersion logistics are planned in advance, refunds are governed by the following schedule (measured from the participant's written cancellation request to the cohort start date):

Organisation-sponsored seats (such as institutional or corporate-billed enrolments) may be governed by separately agreed terms in the sponsoring organisation's enrolment agreement, which take precedence over this schedule where they conflict.
Zenora reserves the right to reschedule sessions, change faculty, or adjust the format of the campus immersion component due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including venue availability, faculty availability, or regulatory changes). Where a cohort is cancelled entirely by Zenora, participants will receive a full refund or, at their election, priority placement in the next cohort.
A certificate of completion is issued jointly with programme partners on satisfactory completion of programme requirements, including minimum attendance and any assessment components specified for that cohort. Certification reflects completion of the programme, not a guarantee of any specific career, promotion, or business outcome.
